The 340B Program Coordinator will be responsible for:
Coordinating all aspects of 340B federal drug discount program.
Ensuring compliance with 340B program requirements for qualified patients, patient location, and medications.
Overseeing 340B drug procurement, inventory processes, dispensing patterns, monthly reporting, optimization of savings opportunities, and auto-split billing software maintenance.
Ensuring maximum participation and optimal efficiency of 340B drug discount program.
Ensuring that program qualifications are met and maintained and that related documentation is accurate and complete.

To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or a closely related field. Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
3 years of experience in healthcare or any related field.
Experience with 340B program management and pharmacy contracting, preferred.
Excellent database and spreadsheet skills and other accounting applications (Excel, Lotus, Access, PowerPoint).
