Houston Christian (HC) is accepting applications from qualified candidates for Men’s Chaplain. The Men’s Chaplain exhibits a desire to nurture young people in their Christian faith, enabling him to connect with students through meaningful relationships. The Men's and Women’s Chaplains work together as a team to lead spiritual life programs on campus, oversee weekly chapel services, coordinate a discipleship ministry, encourage growth in faith, counsel young people, minister to families in need and support the administration, faculty and staff with our responsibility to educate students.
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience with student ministry
Strong managerial and organizational skills
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Solid understanding of the foundations of Christian faith
