Baylor University is seeking an experienced Associate Chaplain and Director for Sports Ministry. This position is responsible for serving as an associate chaplain on the staff of the University Chaplain, specifically offering pastoral leadership, teaching, evangelism, and care to student athletes, coaches, and staff in the Athletics Division. As a leader at Baylor, this minister will nurture an ethos where ethical imagination, in keeping with the identity and mission of the University, impacts the sports culture at and beyond Baylor. Prior relevant work experience in a collegiate athletics environment is required.
Qualifications A Master's degree, five years of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required. More than ten years of relevant work experience are preferred.
